Agreement

By using the Brown Suga Treats website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any checkout policies presented with your order.

Orders, payment, pickup, and delivery

Product availability, pricing, fulfillment windows, delivery eligibility, and applicable fees are shown during checkout and may change. Orders are not final until accepted and payment is successfully processed where required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfillment information and for following the arrival, pickup, delivery, cancellation, and final-sale terms shown at checkout.

SMS program terms

Brown Suga Treats offers an optional order-related SMS program for customers who actively select the separate “Text me” option during checkout. Messages may include order confirmation, payment or receipt notices, pickup instructions, delivery status or ETA updates, customer-service communications related to an order.

• Consent: The “Text me” option is not preselected. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order, support activity.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. You may receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email brownsugatreats614@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission to use the phone number provided.

After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS communications necessary to complete an order, such as email. To re-enroll in SMS, actively select “Text me” during a future checkout.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website content, branding, photographs, and designs belong to Brown Suga Treats or their respective owners and may not be copied or misused. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service unlawfully.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Brown Suga Treats is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier, payment-provider, network, weather, or traffic disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms and the SMS program. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
